Biography
Czaba Szigeti was born in 1969. He started studying classical music at the age of six, became interested in composing songs at fifteen and three years later became a professional singer. In 1987 he worked as a pianist for two years before moving to Berlin where he was a studio musician. Over the last few years he has sung at various Hungarian pop festivals. He mostly sings his own compositions but also writes material for other performers.
Ferenc Balázs was born in Budapest in 1951. As a child he studied piano and classical music. At the age of 16 he joined a pop group and began to compose music a few years later while he was a member of top Hungarian band Taurus Ex-T. He started his own group Korál which released four albums all of which turned gold. He has on several occasions won the Composer, and Pianist of the Year awards. He also composes music for the theatre and cinema.
Attila Horváth was born in Budapest in 1952. He was poetically inclined and with his love for rock music decided to combine the two. He wrote the lyrics for the group Taurus Ex-T and he continued to work with Ferenc Balázs in the group Korál. Attila is also a country music lyricist. [Notes from the Official 1995 Programme by RTÉ]
