Biography
Anya, Jennifer, Kalli, Louise and Sophie are the five girls who make up the group Precious. They won the Great British Song Contest by less than a thousand votes but since then have been busy promoting their song Say It Again which is released in the UK on May 17th. The group are no stranger to television having appeared individually in such shows as The Travel Show, Emmerdale and MUD.
The song is an R&B pop number and despite ESCfans pleas the radio mix was used as a backing track. The lead-singer was in fair voice but the ensemble was a bit of a sham, in places woefully out of time. In a strong english-language field this song was never going to win but the bad performance made even the top 10 impossible. A hit nevertheless.
