A complicated way to select a song for Athens, this year in Lithuania. So far, 22 of Lihuania's 'big names' have been selected for two semifinals. Aditionally, 30 newcomers are devided into three pools. The best songs and singers from each poll proceed to two selection shows. The winners of these shows proceed to one of the two semifinals. The best songs from the semifinals proceed to the final, where the Lithuanian representative for the 2006 Eurovision Song Contest will be chosen.
