Corro Via Paolo's New Album out!
Switzerland: Era Stupendo preview video released!
Paolo Meneguzzi will be appearing 7th on stage among 19 contenders at the forthcoming Eurovision Song Contest semi final 2 on the 22nd of May with his song Era Stupendo. The official preview videoclip of the Swiss entry has been released.
Paolo's 4th Italian album Corro Via was released on the 14th of March with 12 tracks entirely in Italian.

i think this is copy .. but i cant remember of what song.
In the same genre as the Romanian entry, but the strange change of beat halfway through makes the Swiss entry somewhat confusing. I doubt it will score very high in Belgrade.

if eurovision is to be fair! this will be realy among these countries: Switzerland, Sweden, Portugal, Iceland, Romania and Israel! I think this are the best songs...at the end switzerland wins!
Love it, have doubts it will qualify or win but i think it is the best song this year.
On the plagarism issue, some similarity to the Amy Diamond song (which i rather like and Sweden shoudl have sent her he he) however not that similar, just some simlar chords, and not a significant part of the song i think, but i am not the most musical person in the world so i could be wrong.

Amy Diamond's father, who is her manager HAS contacted the Swiss team and they made an agreement they would change the song. this according to amy's website.
it hasn't changed yet, so it it's staying like this I won't vote for something STOLEN
btw, same goes for Portugal. that song is stolen too

Amy said in an interview on esctoday when asked about the similarities "I didn't write the song, the songwriters have to do something if they want to". I don't think they have, or we would have heard about it as the composer of the Swiss entry is Swedish too.
I too like the Swiss song.
best is iceland, followed by switzerland, then sweden

this is an amazing song, and i will be furious if it misses out on the final against some crap from other countries
