San Marino: Miodio launch mailing list

Miodio, the San Marino representatives in the Eurovision Song Contest have launched a mailing list to keep in close touch with their local and international fans on their way to the contest.

Miodio's fans have now the opportunity to keep in touch with the band through the innovative idea (at least for the contest's promotional purposes) of a mailing list. Members of the Miodio list will have the opportunity to follow the band's activities towards Belgrade and participate in quizzes with many prizes. To subscribe to the list send an empty email here.

On Wednesday 23rd April 2008 at 22.00, Miodio will be playing at the Disco Pub Rock Island in Rimini, Italy. (Via Molo di Levante - Porto di Rimini Piazzale Boscovich)

@Fabio Deluca: you´ve nailed it. Everybody praises that Russian guy as if he was one of the world 7th wonders, yet his song is as exciting as a sleeping pill. I prefer San Marino´s, at least the singer is true to his style and does not need any dying child in the video to get some reaction from the public.

Some people says this song is flat, monotonal, boring... but everybody goes crazy with the Russian song! Are you serious? I think the name Bilan is way to overrated here...

when i first heard the song, i thought it was a serious contender for the victory, but then i read reactions and discovered how wrong i was (i admit i'm really crap when it comes to guessing)

And candyman, there is a legal minimum calls the voters in each country has to achieve, in order to make their televote valid. I think that is 1000.

Good Luck San Marino and please do NOT use jury instead of televoting. It sucks like Monaco did back in 2005-2006.

I think their song is alright but I think Finland and Turkey have sent better rock songs this year

San Marino sends an original choice! Not a classic romantic song, but something of different and more contemporary.
And the lyrics are very good, better level than almost all the songs of this edition.

Nothing special for a country representing the most beautiful and romantic language... too bad!!! next time try sending something more original...

A nice song - but really, the lyrics are terrible!
