I love her!!
@ Karl G:
20 euro for the Maltese CD-single is a rip-off! If you have to pay the rent, look for a more decent way! LOL
Buy Morena's cd single now on Ebay! Malta's 2008 Eurovision Song Contest Entry.
Limited availability, this item usually is sold out within days in Malta.

I don't think Estonia has ever sent a good song to Eurovision.
Thank god, we, mongolians produce better music.
Estonia had a nice song back in 2002! This year's entry isnt good but Sahlene might bring them luck! Estonia's best entry ever: 1996!
By the way I don't know if it was already said but France's commentators will be Julien Lepers & Jean-Paul Gauthier...
Strange she stayed in the semi in 2006. "This woman" is a great song.
Nice choice! Both beautiful and a dear Eurovision person with her Runaway, one of my favourite entries after 2000.
Anyway, i think we will hear from her lips: 12 points go to... Russia!!!
Adrian Kavanagh:
Sahlene competed in Melodifestivalen in 2003 and 2006 but she didn't make it to the final.
Btw, she was one of the backing singers for Sweden in 1999.
Steven:
Because Vodka is a famous drink, here in Mongolia.
We love drinking it.
That's why!
Ira won't do ESC again, she's too good for such a low-quality competition.
Sarantuya B...are u serious stating that MORENA will do BETTER...that means WINNING the CONTEST.
Are you so confident that MALTA might WIN? On which theory pls let me know?
Are you idiots still gonna talk about Ira losco???? damn, get over it, she got 2nd. So what, big deal.
Morena will do better.
Go Sahlene! 12 points for MONGOLIA!
Sahlene was great in 2002 and should have been vying with Jessica Galick for victory that year, instead of sharing out the 3rd spot. Can't understand why she hasn't been back in the ESC again, either for Sweden or Estonia or some other country...
VODKA is a modern sounding song....it can make an effect on the viewers more than CARAVAGGIO or Sunrise.
Indeed during the Maltese preselection this year all those old fashioned songs were eliminated...
I think MALTA really change styles year after year...it means that we take risks also.
IMO Klinsmann is a waste of a year 4 Malt
I would like to see in the future represent MALTA
1. ELEANOR
2.CHARLENE & NATASHA
3.CLAUDIA
4.PAMELA
5.TRILOGY
Indeed ELEANOR & PAMELA tend to sing ballad together with TRILOGY...being quite different ballad such as IL DIVO.
On the other hand CLAUDIA tend to mix...and if the grimas sister compose another song like ECHOES OF GAIA they will be superb.
We knew that a long time ago...it was on wikipedia i think. anyway she is gonna be the only estonian we r gonna see on this year's final!
It would be great of Ira would participate once more. I think Malta's biggest problem in the contest is the lack of modern sounding songs. I still think the best choice for this year would have been Klinsmann. Maybe next year it is time for something really fresh.
As for Ira in 2002, she looked great, but somehow her song doesn't appeal to me. But I agree it is better then the winner from Latvia.
Ira won't participate once more...and if she do so...it will present completely different style. In MALTA she is the best artist that succeded after ESC...actually by changing her style joining a band touring all EUROPE. Ppl tend to recognize a singer from their first debut in ESC like CHIARA...however PPL DON'T RECOGNIZE IRA AT THE MOMENT.
CHIARA ADMITTED THAT IF SHE EVER HAD TO REPRESENT MALTA SHE KEEP HER SIMPLICITY...which ppl love in her.
SAHLENE was also one of the backing vocals in 2000 for claudette Pace with the song 'DESIRE'
- DannyT
Yeah, her vocals were flawless!
I think another song that was under-rated in 2002 was the Belgian song. I loved it!!! It was a cool jazz-rock number and deserved so many more points than it got! Its one of my most played songs ever!
@ Jonny K
I completely agree the UK sent the best song that year although France and Estonia sent great songs to. Jessica Garlick was brilliant and her live vocal was flawless.
- P. Eriksson
Well Sandrine was amazing, but I think it was Jessica Garlick who was robbed!!!
There were some great ballads in 2002, as there are this year!
Anna was great in 2002, but it was Sandrine(France) who was robbed of victory!
- IRINI DIAPOULAKI
Yeah, but esctoday is better than oikotimes, because on oikotimes nobody comments so you can't talk to anybody, whereas here everybody talks to each other!
Peple vote and help me predict winner...

I remember Sahlene in 2002...she was really amazing...and I am really glad that she will present the results of Estonian televoting...at least something nice from this country that is terrible in past years...
Well, seeing Sahlene announching the Estonian votes will be the only good thing coming from that country this year. With the crap Estonia is sending this year, it's one of my least favourite countries ever!
Oh and yes, back in 2002, Ira certainly was the moral winner, she was very charming while the Latvian entry was an incredibly cheap recycled Latino- song... Wow, I still cannot believe that Europe fell for it, just because of the dress change... I was so shocked that it won back then, out of all the lovely entries from 2002.
I did like Marie N as host in 2003 though, she did a good job, in my opinion!
TURKISH EUROVISION PARTY STARTED YOU CAN WATCH IN TRT INTERNATIONAL IT IS LIVE NOW
Good choice, but wouldn't it be better if she presented the Swedish votes
Sahlene was one of my favourites in 2002. The UK and France had very good entries too.
