Pandemonium - The Singles Collection
Sweden: BWO releases album in the UK
In there native country Sweden BWO have had total of nineteen hits on the Swedish charts. In the UK it’s not the same story. Latest UK singles Sunshine in the rain and Lay your love on me both peaked at No. 69 on the UK single chart.
Next single for the UK market will be Will my arms be strong enough, it will be released September 22nd.
BWO is Alexander Bard, Marina Schiptjenko and Martin Rolinski. They mix synth pop with dance beats and classic pop ballads. Or as Alexander describes them “the missing link between Kraftwerk and ABBA”. Most songs are produced by Alexander and Anders Hansson. Anders has also done tracks for Alcazar, Agnes Carlsson and Lena Philipsson.
- A major record company would never put together a group featuring a 47-year-old man, a 43-year-old woman and a 26-year-old guy who looks like he's brought mum and dad on stage with him said Alexander Bard when interviewed by DigitalSpy recently.
BWO have participated in Melodifestivalen three times, Gone 2005, Temple of love 2006 and Lay your love on me 2008.

Mazarra
One reason they don't sell in UK must be the fact that they are called Bodies Without Organs. It sounds revolting.
Who the f*** cares ? At least more interesting than the news abour Lena PH....the known faces all over again - boring.
Great songs and really great videoclips to all their 19 hits......
BWO had a great song in the Swedish national final but I respect Charlotte too
Lay your love on me was great and miles better than Charlottes Hero. I would love to finally see them in ESC with another strong song. I also liked Temple of love.
I just can't see them being succesful anywhere
lol mazarra!
I was wondering the same thing, but perhaps they only release it on the internet in the UK, cos downloads do count in our chart
Although i've heard "lay your love on me" being played on radio 2 alot
I LOVE BwO! I I just don't understand why they are not successful in England! They keep saying they're releasing singles but I didn't see any anywhere!!! If I see their next single I'm going to buy 100 copies!! haha
BWO should had won this year.
I can recommend this CD. They have done many great songs.
Sweet Jesus! The poodle attack!
I think BWO would have done well in Belgrade. Their performance in MF was great. I'm afraid they were robbed in 2006 too.
Yes Jonny, Marina looks a lot like Charlotte in that video
OMG in the Barcelona video that woman looks scarily like Charlotte Perrelli!
I have had this album for a while now and I can tell you its great!!! Its full of tonnes of really catchy and well written songs like "lay your love on me" and stuff, really good!
@ morgan frayne
yesyesyes i know and that would be their only ticket to UK chart success i think =D
what a nice thing to say =0
i think BWO is a good band but i honestly can't see them having major chart success in the UK... they just wouldn't appeal to enough people. They were robbed this year though, they could have achieved a good result for Sweden
They need to represent the UK in Moscow !!!!!
BBC can you hear me??????
Great
but I wish I had waited and not spent all that money importing it from Sweden!!!
All the best to BWO - they are the Gods of schlager!!!
yay
