Belgium: Kate Ryan nominated on main Spanish music radio
Kate Ryan, the pop artist who competed for Belgium in the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 reaching a 12th place in the semi finals, has become very popular in Spain. Her cover single Ella, Ell' l'a has been topping the official Spanish charts for some 11 weeks now. It has sold many hundreds thousands copies and it has already become multi platinum. In the past weeks Kate Ryan has made some live appearances on the Spanish TV and has sung two duets with the popular Spanish pop star Soraya Arnelas. The second one with the title Caminare will be released next week on the new album of Soraya with the title Sin Miedo. The other duet , Tonight We Ride / No Digas Que No is on Kate Ryan's fourth album entitled Free. In the first week of November the singer will be in Canada for the promotion of this album.

You're totally right. I think Belgium should give her one more chance.
It looks like Belgium should sent her once more..... everybody seems to love her now. Sent her again , let her playback her own song, put two great Swedish backings and at last another win for Belgium. I mean Madonna does it all the time. Pretending to sing....

Good luck to Kate. "Ella elle l'a" is still in the Swedish charts but this week number 52.
Her best song is "no digas que no" in my opinion Theres just something about it which makes it so awesome! 
OK, Kate may lack stage charisma but her recorded songs are immense!
