@Iwona Wegrowska
Can you stop the criticism of that song? We already know you do not like it...It reaches the final
D Your country is unlikely to get there
I found this on eurosong.hr (for Croatian ESC fans) they made poll - How much do you like Finnish entry for 2010 and results are:
1. It's excelent, It will be in the final for sure - 14%
2. It's OK, solid - 20%
3. It's not bad, but It won't pass into final - 18%
4. It's awful - 48%
So I don't think Eastern Europe will like this song very much as some ppl here said!
So it was as I suspected, Eläkeläiset won the first round...
Thank goodness for the second round!!
@ New in Town -
The right song was chosen!
Finnish folklore! This is what Eurovision is about for me. Presenting songs symbolizing your country and not trying to be something else.
Thanks for these words
I can't understand why, if e.g. Portugal or a Balkan country sends a folk song, everybody here raves and thinks it's good thing, but when Finland does it, most don't appreciate it...
Hahahaa, Sister Twister got more votes than Amadeus!
And Heli! I can't believe why Finns don't like Maria Lund...
Bad choice Finland ..... And you had a bunch of good song in the NF shame on you
I really really hope that we wouldn't have any joke act in Oslo. By the moment, we know 10 representatives and none of them could be considered as a joke act.
F**k you, Elakelaishit!!!!
I read today, that in Oslo " Työlki ellää " will be performed in Finnish and without shoes like in Finland.
Eläkeläiset fans are angry, because of the second round, the super final. In their opinion one voting round is enough ( of course...) Thank God, they did not win.
And then there was a super final that saved Finland and ESC from a looming disaster. I fully support this choice; it's Finnish, it's fun and the girls perform it well. Good job, Finland. Congratulation for the viewing numbers too.
New in Town, I am with you when you say that this is what ESC is all about. One is expecting to see a reflection of the local culture, and that is a sign of maturity, imo. I know that this is debatable, but it's the way I think.
You know, Heli is unknown in Finland, but next year when she'll be after realesing her album I think she then have some chance in Euroviisut. I'm sure that YLE will inivte her again.
Heli didn't do so bad
But she did deserve to make the top 3, even if her performance could have been better
But the song is still amazing, and the performance was good
But hey ho
The best hardly ever make it to ESC
Eurovision is awakening Europe again!
I believe that Finland could do better but still I wish good luck.
wonder how many votes osmo got in the semis
Very good viewers number
Thank God for the superfinal which saved Eurovision from Humpa-humpa...
Nina came so close!
Still that's a lot of people. 1 in every 5 in Finland!
Im not impressed by the viewersfigures, not by the number of votes. Im not impressed by the songs in the selection and defently NOT impressed by the winning song!!
Seems like the Eurovisionspirit in Finland is nothing compared to its neighbourcountries Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Estonia.
Finland can do better!
'ם'
that's quite alot people that watched this final.
I hate the song they chose.
Twisted Sister are much better!
Just as well there was a second vote, or it would have been Eläkeläiset with their Oompah Loompah song
wow 1.2 million is actually quite a lot considering the fact that there is 5.3 million people in finland! thats 22.4% of the poplulation... pretty impressive.
@ Mina X
I understand why... but that's a whole other discussion though.
I can't believe that Sister Twister got more votes than Amadeus. That's crazy

So happy that Eläkeläiset didn't win afterall.
Kind of scary to see how close it was between 1st and 2nd place though. Nina Lassander's was really boring, uninspired and generic... I'd even chose Eläkeläiset over that one.
Elekäläiset clearly won the first round , i cant say thank god for the final results , cause i dont believe in god, but i thank the voters for choosing kuunkuiskaajat.
