Im happy if
Joakim,
Nevergreen (Oh yes, great "Simply the best" and "ill be missing you" mix hahaha),
Kaya,
Sukkerchock (just because because if the songs stayes in danish)
or Jens Marni
WINS...
My overall favorite is the nevergreen Duo... dunno why i like it that much...
wins!
(PS i think Simone is the dark horse of the night) uh word game...
Only Sukkerchok are good.
Me likes:
sukkerchok - Kæmper for kærlighed
Thomas Barsøe - Just like rain
Bryan Rice - Breathing
Kaya Brüel - Only tonight
Joakim Tranberg - All about a girl
i love this song from sukkerchok can't stop to listen to it how wonderful it makes me happy :-)
CNAEEE & TOMAS N EVERGREEN OR BRYAN RICE TO OSLO
JOAKIM SONG SOUD LIKE DENMARK SONGS FROM 2005,08,09
SIMONE FROM DENMARK, IRIS FROM ICELAND&MARIA AREEDONDO FROM NORWAY HAVE SAME STILE OF SONGS AND MAYBE WE SEE ALL 3 IN ESC THEY SPLIT THE VOTES IN ESC.
Bryan Rice !!!!!!! He's an amazing singer , amazing songwriter , amazing person!! I'm a fan of him years now , and I wish he represents Denmark !! When I first heard his name i hoped he would compete with a song like "No Promises" that would directly make him the top favorite to win the contest in Oslo , but "Breathing" is also good
1.Bryan Rice - Breathing
2. Joakim - All about a girl (Ronan knows how to write sweet and good songs
)
OMG ....
If Sukkerschok wins, ist real bad for Denmark !!!
Can't see what so special about it and girl band would never win ESC.
I will vote for a duo " Chanee & nevergreen " at least they have an international carreer and the experience.
well denmark has a great level
i think a good range of at least 6 songs can be found in a eurovision final if its well performed , BREATHING IS THE BEST YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY
I have been listening to the Danish hopefuls and I continue to think that this year's crop is indeed rather good. I don't dislike any song immediately and it is very hard to rank them. Congratulations, Denmark, you have the best lineup for this busy Nordic Saturday. I rearranged ny preferences the following way (I kept the order of the list mentioned above):
Joakim Tranberg - All about a girl
(Lars Halvor Jensen, Martin Michael Larsson, Ronan Keating)
Simone - How will I know
(Jacob Launbjerg/Andreas Mørck)
Sukkerchok - Kæmper for kærlighed
(Lasse Lindorff, Martin Michael Larsson, Lise Cabble)
Silas & Kat - Come come run away
(Lise Cabble, Simon Munk)
I took out 'Panik' and included 'Come come run away' instead.
I am looking forward for this NF.
My rank:
1. Jens Marni
2. Silas & Kat
3. Thomas Barsoe
4. Joakim Tranberg
5. Chanee & Tomas N'evergreen
6. MariaMatilde Band
7. Bryan Rice
very good songs till here
these three are pure crap:
8. Kaya Bruel
9. Sukkerchok
10. Simone
Stockholm Calling
Amen, one of those two.
Funny thing is that I guess that Denmark will get a result similar to 2008 and 2009 no matter which song they choose.
Joakim Tranberg - All about a girl or Bryan Rice - Breathing
I never pay attention to the Danish final, since it's one of the ESC countries I like the least (along with Latvia and Belarus). They always pick safe, average entries, like all these years. I liked Brinck in the beginning, but it was far from original and lost against entries I liked even more. The only shocking entry that broke down the pattern was DQ in 2007, but it was shocking in a bad way!
I will not play the other songs until the winner has been revealed. Let's hope for a really outstanding Danish entry this year...
Thanks, Mikki and Shevek
Why didn't I see that link? Oh my, hope it is not age ...
Togravus, follow the link provided above; that's waht I did. Denmark has a good ensemble of songs. It's very hard to sort them out. Each time I listen to the songs I change my mind!
For full length:

Sukkerchok or Joakim FTW!
Wasn't there a link where we could listen to the songs in full length? If yes, I lost it somewhere ... Can anyone help, please? Thanks!
I finally got round to listening the Danish hopefuls. Before the live performances, here are the four songs that stood out for me:
Joakim Tranberg - All about a girl
(Lars Halvor Jensen, Martin Michael Larsson, Ronan Keating)
MariaMatilde Band - Panik!
(Maria Sejer, Matilde Kühl, Mads Haugaard, Marcus Winther-John)
Simone - How will I know
(Jacob Launbjerg/Andreas Mørck)
Sukkerchok - Kæmper for kærlighed
(Lasse Lindorff, Martin Michael Larsson, Lise Cabble)
I find myself liking Keating's venture this year. I also enjoyed song nº10 but I selected these four. Good luck, Denmark!
Well i've heard all the songs now (in full length) and imo Silas & Kat would be the best choise.....
@ Paschalis
I wouldn't call Sukkerchok schlager though...
But you are one of those who want ESC to become a rock festival right? So i'm not surprised
But I agree... Silas & Kat could also work.. but I want something in Danish !!!
Go neighbors! Chose the best one and atleast don't chose the predictable (boring ballad or solo pop-rock guy)
ESC doesn't need this boring dance-schlager staff either.
I think the best choice possible are Silas & Kat.
I'd chose Sukkerhok anyday over Simone
ESC doesn't need those ZZzz stuff...
My top 4:
1. Chanee & Tomas N evergreen
2. Bryan Rice
3. Simone
4. Silas & kat
i dont know why so many like sukkershok :-(
at fridays rehearsal they were not strong at all http://www.esc-dk.dk/
they sing in danish ...yes okay... lol but i can't hear that they are singing... lol
I am a bit suprised that so many on here wants Sukkerchok, they can't sing live at all!
Well I think it's quit a good finale for tonight. My favorits are (in a random order):
Simone - How will I know
Chanée & Tomas N'evergreen - In a moment like this
Silas & Kat - Come come run away
Well I hope for a great song tonight, I think that Sukkerchok or Simone will win - most likely it will be Sukkerchok.
IMO, there aren't any bad songs in this year's Danish final, but I like some better than others and they're not equally catchy.
That said, the race is wide open - depending on the live performances, I'd say that most songs have a chance of winning. The webmaster of fansite ESC-dk.dk feels that Chanée & n'evergreen are the most likely winners, while the President of OGAE Denmark thinks of Joakim Tranberg as the most likely winners. Others don't see any clear winner.
During the dress rehearsals, the vocal performances of Sukkerchok and MarieMatilde Band were supposedly disappointingly week and both acts will struggle to make the top 4 if they don't improve. Visually, Bryan Rice and Kaya Brüel have the most impressive and memorable shows.
IMO, Kaya Brüel's song is by far the best of the bunch, but will probably struggle to make the top 4, since it isn't straightforward enough for the average voter.
