Live: Semi final in Croatia
The show
The show to be held at the Crystal Hall of the Kvarner Hotel in Opatija and to be broadcast on HRT2 will start at 20:15 CET. 16 acts will present one song each and televoting will select the top eight to move forward to the national final tomorrow, where they will meet the eight pre-qualified acts.

A visual webcast will not be made available, but you can follow the radio stream of the show
HR2, along with other radio stations and TV channels of HRT are available on satellite Hotbird 13E, 12520V 27500 3/4.

LIVE COVERAGE
1. Feminnem - Lako je sve
Opening the evening are Feminnem, the girl trio who represented Bosnia&Herzegovina back in ESC 2005 with Call Me, and took part in the Dora contest in 2007 with Navika.The song is a power ballad that's getting stronger as the song goes by. The vocals are very good of all three girls. Probably will qualify to the final.
2. Mijo Lešina - Tajna ljubavi
This song is a ballad as well, but a slow one. Mijo is accompanied by female backing singers. The song doesn't go so far and the vocal performance is not perfect.
3. Valungari - Vol or ne vol
Here comes an uptempo balkan folk song, performed by Valungari. It reminds a bit Romanca, which represented Croatia two years ago. The vocal performance is good.
4. Martina Vrbos - Ti i ja
We're back to the power ballads with Martina's Ti i ja. Piano and different stringed instruments are played and along with some backing singers, the song is performed very well.
5. Bety Belle - Ne
Now it's the time for a rock song, performed by Bety Belle. Although it is performed well, we heard songs like this many times and it might not go so far.
6. Teška industrija - Nazovi stvari pravim imenom
Another rock song, performed by two men and two women. It is developing and got more speciality with the sounds of violins along with the electric guitars.
7. Nikola Marjanovi� - Ti i muzika
A rock ballad performed by Nikola. The vocals are very stong
8. Klapa Iskon - Vrime za kraj
And now for a group of six men performing...another ballad, with a kind of opera and ethno touches.It is performed very well. Will it qualify to the grand final tomorrow?
9. Carla Belovari - Sada osjecam to
Again a slow song but with more rhythm, it's a nice and easy song performed by Carla. It sure can play the role of commercials music, but as a Eurovision song? Later tonight we will find out what the Croatian nation thinks.
10. Drazen Zanko - Moja ljubav jedina
We continue through the slow songs for a powerful ballad performed by Drazen with his powerful voice. It seems that there will be a hard competition tonight.
11. Flip Dizdar - Sunce
A rock song with jazzy touches, performed not bad at all though Filip is slightly out of tune.
12. Swing Mamas - Trio tulipan
Here comes the Swing Mamas-trio with a...swing song of course! Which involves violins and guitar what makes the song easy and listenable along with the ladies' voice.
13. Rivers - Bez tebe
A slow and jazzy song this time, by the female group Rivers.All five vocals are getting along together into a very good vocal performance.
14. Doris Teur - Ti me ne zasluzuješ
When Doris' voice meets an electric guitar and some drums, we get this song. Along with some backing singers she performs this slow rocky song and the guitar has a main role here too.
15. Frano Krajcar - Jobrni je jobrni
Jobrni je jobrni is one of the special songs tonight as it connects between current and balkan music. It is mostly instrumental, but the vocal parts are performed very well uniquely
16. Giuliano Djanic - Moja draga
Last song for tonight. A pop-rock song, which can be common in several national finals around europe but not here! A catchy and refreshing song after the slow songs we had tonight.
That's it, all songs have been performed and now we are waiting for the results to come in.

People remember that this was only shown on hrt2 so there will be more viewers tomorrow for the final and the voting will ge different! Plus there's the jury
Feminnem su izubili mnogo glasova zbog veoma napadne koreografije koja ne odgovara bas takvoj pesmi , iako im je po meni pesma najbolja.
Omg I'm shocked that Feminem weren't ranked at the top! I really want them to win too 
after Coral in Spain, I cannot take another dissapointment like that. I'll watch andra chansen MF and that's it.
what is wrong with the local audiences this year??? national finals are so dissapointing...I wanted sukkerchock in Denmark, Alexander in Norway, Coral in Spain, White Nights in Russia...this is just NOT my year

Yes Femminem made it and I think many songs which are qualified for final are good and tomorrow we can expect a big party! WOOOHOOOOO

That´s what I thought while watching the whole Portuguese semi final last night.
This interval act is pretty gruesome. It sounds like elevator music.

Doris Teur was disappointing. She had a nice song, but she was not a very good singer.
Franko Krajcar was also a bit disappointing. The music and song is beautiful and makes it my favourite along with Valungari's song, but the WOMEN (always the women it seems) can't sing! Their voices were so bad and that's really bad considering they barely sing anything at all - so swap them out please! I fear he won't even make it to the final anymore because of them.! Sabotage!
Giuliano sings well and the song is nice. I guess he will make it to the final.

One of the few songs tonight I really don´t like.
Rivers had an OK song, but I think the performance really suited the song and that made it better for me. That dancing guy looked like Zorro, lol.

Me likes it has a Caribean beat and the ladies sing it well.
i hate last few songs...
Dražen Žanko has an OK song, but it might be too boring to qualify perhaps.
Filip Dizdar has an OK and decent song, but the whole performance was maybe a bit too average to qualify I think. He was a very handsome guy though, lol, and he sang well.
Swing mamas were awesome! I loved their cute performance, the dress colours, the song, the piano guy was AMAZING! Hahaha, I loved him. I thought it was a mask/costume with the glasses and mustasch, lol. I wish they would qualify, but I highly doubt they will.
