It seems Roman is the crowd's favorite and will represent Germany in Baku and I guess with a different voting system this would be clearer than with the blitz voting system. If he'll represent my country it would be okay with me and I hope he'll sing a song I like. Umut was better than the first time -I like his voice- but he has to work a lot to make a better live performance and to feel really confident on stage. I would be happy if a male singer would sing for Germany this time.
Roman is in the Pole Position. Yesterday, it was possible, that he'd be in without performing *lulz*. He has to win, the others are just too average and the voting shows that. (0.9 % between second and tenth place)
Good results. I wanted Rachel and Leonie out so I am satisfied, but don't really care about the rest either. Umut, Shelly & Yana should go next.
I am excited about the song more than the singer .@Trojan there are many articles which say that more than %60 of immigrants in Germany and France are Kurdish with Turkish passports @Ata it is true but actually most of the Kurds of Turkey who migrated to west europe lives in Belgium and Netherlands now some of them consider themselves Turkish ,some of them Turkish btw the first guy from the first heat was pure Kurdish but Umut's dad is Kurdish mum is Turkish, i think u didn't read those parts in the newspaper , peoples nationality or religion isn't important for me this year we r sending a jewish turkish singer whose family migrated to turkey 500 years ago but there r some users actually not german ones) who try to provoke people with their comments
I never would vote for Umut. He seems to be a very fine and kind jung man - I really like that a lot, but his voice and performance is to grey and shy. The idea of having a turkish singer with a german song is thrilling of course, just remember Sürpriz in 1999, but Umut isn´t the one for me, neither that bad behaving and rude boy from the first heat.
rachel was really bad :S but it isn't important who became last because only 1 person will win it , the one whose name is at the top of the list is important and it is roman on the final night it will be again roman last night shelly was horrible and yana can't compete with roman's fans.
Actually RACHEL was 2nd best for me, a great voice. I have no idea why she came last :-(
i like roman most. he must win please no yana or shelly.
I'm German too and I voted for Umut aswell. I'm very pleased with the result.
@Sven we need more people like u cos there are some sick people with many accounts who attack certain countries and they hide under other countries names- mainly they hide their real countries - . They are few but have so many fake accounts. When they don't comment and just the real fans do everything is cool and nice here, some editors ban the ones who don't obey the rules directly some don't read all comments i think thats why it takes some time to get rid of trolls/haters:)
DEAR ESCTODAY EDITORS CAN YOU READ MEHMET CELIK'S COMMENTS AND TELL US WHY STILL HE IS HERE, SINCE 2 DAYS HE MAKES RACIST/OFFENSIVE COMMENTS AND IT IS A FAKE PROFILE , SOME PEOPLE DON'T OBEY THE RULES BUT THEY ARE STILL HERE AND THEY TURN THIS BEAUTIFUL MUSIC SITE TO A POLITIC SITE. THEIR RACIST HATEFUL COMMENTS DISTURB REAL ESC FANS HERE. YESTERDAY HE INSULTED NORDIC PEOPLE IN A VERY BAD WAY NOW GERMANS PLEASE BAN THIS FAKE PROFILE WHO COMES HERE TO ATTACK PEOPLE.
@ATA Türkiye [61105] I live next to Düsseldorf and I really had the best time of my life during the ESC days. I met so many nice fans from the UK, Turkey, Israel and even from the United States there, so I think you're right by sayin' that ESC fans are mainly nice. I'm really looking forward to travellin' to Baku in May. I really hope that it will be possible. @Mehmet CELIK [47110] I didn't take your post as an offence against me. I was just saying that I'm kinda sick of comments that Germans are racist ('cause we're not). However, comments that Umut passed because of the large minority of Kurdish people living in Germany is sick, as well. I'm the best example... I'm German (ok, I'm half-Polsih) and I voted several times for Umut. I really don't care about from where an artists heals from; neither in German preselction nor at Eurovision. I'm just voting for my favourites. It doesn't matter if its my neighbour Belgium or far away, but beautiful Turkey or Greece. Just sayin'.. I'm sick of all this fucking annoying comments on citizienships and so on. Just vote for songs/artists you like and the ESC world would be a better place.
@Ata yes i know my aunt was working in a firm about statistics , she told us what u told about the immigrants
mehmet-tugce -levon babayan yeah sure and i am queen of England:) and yes u care about me thats is why u answer me :Du r realy so naive at least u could appear next week not just after an hour that tugce told she wont comment here anymore lol:D and u could change the way u use english and the style that u use in your all comments and how interesting in both of the nicks name and surnames take part lool :)but sooner or later u will get an ip ban from esctoday editors, they don't allow people to make such racist/offensive comments wait and see :)
@Sven real esc fans are mainly nice but u can notice the trolls easily and why they r here, mainly they don't talk about songs-singers they prefer comment on nations in a racist way and give headache to us with their endless fake profiles . @Trojan there are many articles which say that more than %60 of immigrants in Germany and France are Kurdish with Turkish passports .
@Sven i didnt say those words to you. You misunderstood. i was talking about other ppl. We agreed about Umuts performance. Some ppl said he just had diaspora votes that s why he s still in the contest. That was my answer to them. I didnt write the bad words to ''you''. The words sent to adress. Sorry if i offend u. And Umut was the best tonight , he was not that good last week but this week he was fantastic!! @ Trojan virus :) i m not tugce (who the f...k she s) and you re a loser dont write me anything i m not sending you anything you have a 5 year olf girl iq i cant argue with you. You re not in my class.
@Sven u r welcome this user is really sick and silly he types exactly the same things from all accounts but he thinks we won't get who is he lol :)about umut he was on a newspaper some days ago he is kurdish orginally but he loves germany very much i support roman and i believe he will win:)
Actually i am pretty sure that it will be Roman that is gonna sing in Baku .@Trojan u r %100 right.
@TROJAN LADY [60497] Thanks for telling me! - I cannot understand why someone would waste his or her time to do such a mess. I always thought that Eurovision fans are kinda nice. However, he has a point by sayin' Umut was excellent tonight! ;)
@Sven mehmet is a fake profile don't care whatever he says, he had another fake profile but he said he won't use it anymore and after an hour he appeared with this one he is an immigrant in turkey with the name levon babayan he has around 4 profiles and comes here just to provoke people sooner or later esctoday will ban him just like what they did to others :)
Esctoday can u ban mehmet ozgenc who has a fake account, many profiles and who insults people in every chance , his other profile was tugce ozgenc.
@Mehmet CELIK I'm German and I voted several times for Umut. Actually, the fact that he sang in German perfectly makes him "more German" than the others. He had an amazing performance tonight and I cannot wait to see him live next week. I was really fucking impressed and he's my favourite after Roman and Yana. Raab was a dumbass, when he said that he should sing "Turkish" and that he's oriental. I mean.. he didn't say to Ornella that she should sing a song in Italian...
Cute Roman for Baku! Didn't i say Mehmet Celik is the armenian user Tugce Ozgenc loool! Tugce u r really not smart at least u could appear after some days and type different things than your usual sentences :Dbut esctoday will ban u sooner or later .
Umut was fantastic. Some racists just commenting without any music knowledge. They just dont want umut because he s not a REAL german not because of his voice. poor bastards!
Roman-He will go to Baku Yana-I can't stand her Shelly-She was great last week but this weak? Umut-Best thing about him is deep impressive green eyes Ornella- I don't like her voice and style Sebastian- Not good Celine- Very pretty face but an ok voice
The favourite Roman - but people who call more often for one act in the middle place, always small the favourite and push the others, so you always have a close result - that´s the nature of this very bad and dumb system. If they would wait 10 minutes longer, the results would get much more closer, because only the fans who think to loose an act get active ... I don´t like it - it doesn´t really work.
Personally, I was really impressed by Umut's performance tonight! Last week I thought that he didn't deserve to pass the show, wheares Andrew had to go home, but seriously... he was amazing! I think that my country should be represented with a German song and I love the fact that a Turkish guy sings better German than some Germans, that was huge! - Roman was the best, that's for sure... Next week I'm goin' to attend the show and I'll definitely root for Roman, Yana and Umut!
