well done to Malin, Freddy & Plumbo (even though you are racists) I am sad to see Rikke Normann & Minnie Oh out of the contest, but maybe one of them will get the wildcard for the 10th spot in the final, however from semi final 1 i additionally want Irresistible & Lisa Stokke, so that wildcard better go to one of these 4 so far :D lol see ya for now norway and well all be back nxt week for semi 3 :)
3rd malin was a bit of a shock, honestly i wasnt expecting her to make the top 3, but happy for her, but she was in my top 6 :) TOMMY YAY!!! fit as fuck and his voice is amazing live seriously, its sounds like studio version its amazing!!! and i honestly think now its a bit pointless to keep watching as it will be Plumbo, so sad really as RIke Normann and Minni-oh definately deserve to go to Oslo Spektrum :(
this is a very hard semi final to rank, as entries 3 - 8 are all amazing frankly, and deciding on an actual personal top 3 is hard enough, trying to predict how norway will vote tonight is twice as hard to try and work out lol, well honestly i think Plumbo will qualify, even though i like their song, there performance was bland and rather crap, but there norwegian fan base is huge, but then Rikke N, Rikke L, Minnie Oh, Malin & Freddie, its any of those 5 filling the other two spots, i wish all 6 could be in the final because they are all worth of it! :) good luck to all in MGP semi 2 tonight :)
nothing really stands out in this semi, but i think & hope (!!!) that the overall winner will be in the 3rd semi, to be exact: "Stay" by Tooji :)
Looking forward to watching this tonight, I love MGP ! :)
I really don't know whether I should watch it or not. Last week my favourite of the whole preselection was eliminated. I can't deal with another mess today :D
Was the webcast good last week? I remember last year it was impossible to watch it :(
A waist of time to go and watch this NFS... Norway is getting worst and worst
I haven't listened to most of the songs but I will be watching this semi..! I know though that I don't like Plumbo at all..
My dearest Norway is not offering a great bunch of songs in this semi. Most songs are boring and forgettable. The best 4 available here are, imo, in random order: ‘Keeps on Dancing’, ‘I’ve got you’, ’0la Nordmann’ and ‘Shapeshifter’. It’ll all depend on the live performances. Good luck to all hopefuls. P.S.: the best Norwegian hopefuls will come next week: 'Euphoria', closely followed by 'Si' and 'Things change'. Nora is not far behind.
I like Isabel Ødegård and Rikke Lie is OK. Minnie-Oh would be my third choice if I'm forced to choose.
I really dont know what to think about this semi. I find all songs quite ok. But I cant find any personal favourites, meaning that there are no song that I really think stands out from the rest. I am also very sure about who will qualify. I think it will depend on the live presentations. Plumbo is a certain qualifier, though - but they will certainly not get my vote. After loving "Møkkamann", their "Ola Normann" was a real let-down for me. And the band... well...
Carburetors were best last week. Cocktail Slippers this week. C is the letter! :) So therefore, I don't have a favoruite in the 3rd semi, no band / singer which starts with C! ;)
Hi dear Sara ! Of course I've listened to all of 2nd semi's hopefuls but I only liked "I've got you" by Isabel Ødegård.All the rest sounded pretty much average to me even Plumbo's song which I had great expectations from. So far only Nora stands the biggest chance for Norway but I give her a 7/12 maximum.I haven't heard songs from 3rd semi yet but I'll do next week ( hoping winner is there ). Good luck Norway tonight !
My ranking for this semi-final: 1. Minnie Oh 2. Rikke Normann 3. Rikke Lie 4. Isabel Odegard 5. Tommy Fredvang 6. Plumbo 7. Malin 8. Cocktail Slippers
Rikke Normann deserves to be a finalist.
Minnie-Oh all the way. What a FABULOUS piece of music!
Hi! Last week I was wrong. I said that the first semi-final was the strongest of all. But I must revise my opinion because this is clearly the strongest semi-final this year in Norway. There is not one terrible song. I hope for the following results tonight: To the final (in no particular order): - Plumbo – Ola Nordmann - Rikke Normann – Shapeshifter - Tommy Fredvang – Make it better Eliminated: - Cocktail Slippers – Keeps on dancing - Isabel Ødegård – I’ve got you - Malin – Crush - Minnie-Oh – You and I - Rikke Lie – Another heartache Good luck Norway!
So this is much worse semi than previous one, i like only one song and this is "Make it better" by Tommy Fredvang.
Isabel Ødegård "I've Got You" Tommy Fredvang "Make It Better" dom`t sound so bad...
MY TOP 3 ARE: 1-Rikke Normann-Shapeshifter 2-Plumbo -Ola Nordmann 3-Rikke Lie -Another Heartache
Isabel, Isabel, Isabel or Isabel - I really love this song so much as everybody can see ;-) and my 12 points would go to Norway!
EUROPE TONIGHT AT 20.15 STARTING THE HUNGARIAN SEMI FINAL AT DUNA WORLD AND MTV and it will be webcast.PEOPLE CAN VOTE FROM ALL EUROPE,AUSTRALIA,AMERICA,SOUTH AMERICA,AFRICA ETC. BY SMS
This is the weakest of the Norwegian semi finals, but Plumbo is among the best so they definitely should qualify. The other two finalists should be Cocktail Slippers and... I don't have a third favourite so I'll go with Tommy. Most of the songs in this semi are just average.
Donnie: You haven't heard the songs in this semi, have you?? All songs in this semi is really good. Name one that you hate? Well, for me i'I hope:.,..hehe,m I can't deecideyet ;) I'll be back in a couple of hours ;)
best semifinal ever!!!! :-) I Like all the songs! Even better than any swedish semifinale ever too:) those saying its a weak year for Norway have no clue at all;)
@Michael UK Nope, but funny you should ask, I literally sent them an e-mail just a minute ago.
