Yeah, turns out SBS here in Australia is going to play the congratulations show reasonably on time

Sorry esctoday, but the official title is Nel blu dipinto di blu (In the blue painted of blue). "di pinto" hasn't any meaning. Ciao!
No Stephen, Congratulations showet will NOT be released at DVD after the show. DR has told the Danish site esconnet.dk that.
It wasn't officially allowed to choose a language in 1965, it was just a tradition to sing in your own language, until the swedish singer of that year chose to sing "absent friends" in english. The next year (1966), there was a new rule forbidding free language, and it stayed that way until 1973. In 1978 the language rule was re-imposed, until 1999. Since that year, singers are free again to choose their language.
