Where is Marie Myriam and her song "l'oiseau et l'enfant" ??
Hallelujah is a real eurovion anthem. It should have been chosen for Congratulations. The stage that year was also one of the most beautiful ever.
Hej ! from Kopenhagen
I'm here
)) Its FAB !!!
In this decade, the most exciting contest for Spanish people, was the Festival of 1979. In fact, is the fault of ESC '79 that I become a eurofan. Spanish fair play gave the victory for Israel. Of course, Israel deserved the prix with Aleluya. I also liked 1984, with Franco Batiatto (the best one)ka, Belle & the Devotions, and also a good place for Spain: 3rd with the group Bravo.
I like all of the 1976 songs but I never heard of the song called Panaya Mou, Panaya Mou by Mariza Koch (Greece).
I like the song called Dzuli by Danijel for Yugoslavia in 1983 ESC.
I like Buck's Fizz because they are the best!!!
I like A-Ba-Ni-Bi by Izhar Cohen (Israel 1978).
I like all of 1985 songs. LOL!!!
I think these were the best years for Eurovision. It was then much more then now the event of the year. The stages looked great, and the artists were sometimes hilarious. And every contest was very different. Compared to that the last three contests looked very much the same. But the songs as a whole are definitely better now.
